As an IT Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and solutions to our German-speaking customers, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting a positive user experience. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding IT support to German-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services promptly and efficiently. Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to customers. Document customer inquiries and solutions accurately in our support database. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues as required. Stay updated on product features and IT technologies to enhance the support experience. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in an IT support or technical support role is preferred. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve technical issues effectively. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers. Proficiency with support software and tools is advantageous.
