Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an opening for a German Speaking Learner Support Representative in the e-learning sector, based in beautiful Greece. This role offers an exciting chance to support German-speaking learners as they navigate their online educational journeys, helping them achieve their goals in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive support to German-speaking learners via email, chat, and phone regarding e-learning courses and platforms. Assist students with technical issues, course navigation, and provide educational guidance to enhance their learning experience. Proactively address learner inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive and productive educational experience. Document interactions and feedback to continuously improve the learner support process. Collaborate with instructional design and technical teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively. Stay updated on course content and platform features to provide accurate and helpful information to learners. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer service or educational support roles is preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent learner experiences. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with e-learning platforms or educational technology is a plus. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset when addressing learner needs. A willingness to work in Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
