Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an opening for a German Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role comes with a paid relocation package, ensuring your transition to this beautiful city is smooth and hassle-free! As a key player in our logistics operations, you will provide outstanding support to our German-speaking clients, facilitating effective communication and service. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality logistical support and customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels. Manage the coordination of shipments and ensure the timely delivery of goods while keeping clients informed of their order status. Handle inquiries from customers regarding their orders, shipping options, and resolve delivery challenges. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records within our systems. Collaborate with logistics and operational teams to improve service processes and efficiency. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide clients with knowledgeable guidance. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with logistics software and CRM systems is a plus. A proactive mindset and dedication to providing quality service. Willingness to work collaboratively in a diverse team and adapt to varying requirements.
