Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer the opportunity for German-Speaking Netflix Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. This role involves providing exceptional customer support to German-speaking Netflix subscribers, with the added benefit of paid relocation to Greece. Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service to German-speaking Netflix users via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting streaming issues, payments, and explaining Netflix features. Resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure a positive user experience. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction and support processes. Stay updated on Netflix's products, policies, and industry trends. Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, preferably in the streaming or entertainment industry. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication platforms.
