Key Responsibilities As an onboarding account manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring they achieve early value while setting them up for long-term success. Key responsibilities include: Making outbound calls to promote and sell Google Ads solutions. Understanding client objectives and delivering tailored advertising strategies. Designing, launching, and optimizing PPC campaigns for short- and long-term performance. Encouraging increased ad spend and upselling additional services. Maintaining up-to-date and accurate client records in the CRM. Handling a high volume of client calls and daily interactions. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Marketing or Communications preferred. Fluent in German and English (C2 level). At least 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing, ideally in client-facing roles. Ability to work independently and consistently deliver results. Experience in customer relationship management and improving CRM workflows. Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance client engagement. Strong written and verbal communication, with excellent presentation skills. Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented. Team player who can also work independently. Commercially aware, with strong analytical and market research skills. Dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences.
