Document customer feedback and interactions to help improve services. Work closely with other departments to enhance our payment offerings and customer experience. Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in payment technology to offer informed assistance. Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus. Experience in customer service or support, particularly within the FinTech or payment sectors, is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Technical proficiency and comfort using various software systems.
