Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a German Speaking Platform Support Specialist to join our team, working in the beautiful setting of Greece! In this exciting role, you will be responsible for assisting our German-speaking clients who utilize our online marketplace. Your expertise will help customers navigate the platform effectively, ensuring they have a positive experience. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking users of our online marketplace via email, chat, and other digital communication channels. Assist clients with inquiries regarding platform features, account management, and troubleshooting issues. Guide customers through the process of using the marketplace, ensuring they receive the necessary support to maximize their experience. Document issues and interactions in our support system for quality assurance and reporting purposes. Collaborate with the product team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance user experience. Stay informed about marketplace updates, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients. Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred. Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of simplifying technical concepts. Familiarity with support software and online marketplace functioning is a plus. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
