Lead pricing decision-making for multinational enterprise customers across diverse products and services. Develop pricing strategies and recommendations throughout the bid lifecycle, from qualification to contract signature. Attend customer meetings (virtual or in-person), present bid strategies, and coach teams when required. Build commercial models, analyse profitability, and deliver usage insights for forecasting and planning. Drive cross-functional learning, share knowledge, and provide professional guidance to team members. Experienced in developing commercial and pricing propositions, with strong negotiation skills. Skilled in relationship building and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in advanced Excel and fluent in English (additional languages like German, Italian, or Spanish are a plus). Able to analyse problems and deliver practical, innovative solutions in a dynamic environment. Detail-oriented with proven accuracy in financial outputs; risk management experience is desirable.
