REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in the UAE market.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate laws and regulations.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).

• Assist German-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on real estate regulations, legal requirements, and industry developments.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
