Conduct interviews in German, assisting in the evaluation and selection process of candidates. Support the creation and distribution of engaging job postings to attract a diverse range of talent. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience. Collaborate with experienced recruiters to understand specific job requirements and market trends. Take part in talent mapping and market research initiatives to enhance our recruiting strategies. Contribute ideas and insights during team meetings to help improve our overall recruitment process. Fluent in German (both spoken and written); proficiency in English is an advantage. A strong interest in recruitment and HR, with a willingness to learn and grow in the field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members. Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Comfortable leveraging various digital tools and platforms for recruitment and communication.
