Mercier Consultancy Group is offering an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant to join our team in Bulgaria with paid relocation support. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer service and eager to work in a dynamic car rental environment. As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will assist German-speaking clients throughout the rental process, ensuring an excellent and seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional support to German-speaking customers for rental inquiries, bookings, and vehicle returns. Handle vehicle check-in and check-out procedures, including detailed inspections and documentation. Explain rental terms, conditions, and policies clearly to clients. Collaborate with the operations team to maintain fleet availability and resolve client issues promptly. Stay updated on promotions, fleet updates, and company policies to offer accurate information. Qualifications: Fluent in German (spoken and written); proficiency in English is advantageous. Previous experience in customer service or car rental industry is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with computer systems and rental management software. Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation assistance provided. Positive attitude and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
