This position is perfect for individuals who are looking to combine their passion for customer service with the chance to experience the beauty of Greece while working in the vibrant tourism sector. As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will assist German-speaking customers with their rental needs, helping them enjoy seamless transportation during their stay. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients, addressing inquiries about car rentals through various communication channels. Facilitate the rental process by assisting customers with reservations, modifications, and returns. Conduct vehicle inspections and explain the rental agreement's terms and conditions clearly to customers. Collaborate with the operational team to ensure car availability and maintain high service standards. Stay updated on new vehicles, services, and offers to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Qualifications: Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service or the rental/leasing industry is beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computer systems and rental management software. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
