This role is perfect for candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and eager to embark on a fulfilling career in the fast-growing car rental industry. As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will assist German-speaking clients with their vehicle rental needs, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience throughout the rental period. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients, managing inquiries, bookings, and support efficiently. Oversee the car rental process, including vehicle handover, returns, and resolving customer issues. Perform vehicle inspections and communicate all rental terms and conditions clearly to customers. Coordinate with the operations team to maintain vehicle availability and service standards. Keep updated on the fleet, special offers, and company policies to assist customers appropriately. Qualifications: Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory; English language skills will be considered an asset. Prior experience in customer service or the car rental industry is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a dynamic environment. Proficiency with computer systems and rental management software is preferred. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural and working environment. Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
