Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a German Speaking Reservations Agent to join their team supporting Booking.com operations in Greece. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your German language skills while working in the dynamic travel and hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities Assist German-speaking customers with accommodation bookings via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information on property details, pricing, and Booking.com policies. Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently. Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally to ensure a positive experience. Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and reservations using Booking.com's system. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Fluent German speaking and writing skills are essential; English proficiency is advantageous. Experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality is preferred. Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude. Familiarity with online booking platforms and CRM systems is a plus. Ability to perform well under pressure and solve problems efficiently. Willingness to work in Greece; relocation assistance might be available. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
