Mercier Consultancy Group is currently hiring a German Speaking Reservations Agent to support Booking.com operations while working remotely from Greece. This position offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the opportunity to contribute to a leading global online travel platform, delivering outstanding customer service to German-speaking travelers. Key Responsibilities Assist German-speaking customers with accommodation bookings via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties, rates, and Booking.com policies. Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and professionally. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Keep thorough records of customer interactions using Booking.com's reservation system. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of service and support. Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Comfortable using online booking platforms and CRM systems. Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with excellent time management skills suitable for remote work. Located in Greece or willing to work remotely from Greece.
