As the first point of contact in breakdown situations, you’ll provide fast, reliable support by phone and email, working closely with our Rostock team. YOUR ROLE Receive damage and breakdown reports from customers via phone. Independently coordinate necessary measures (e.g. towing services). Organize replacement vehicles. Forward breakdown cases to the manufacturer within the mobility program. Assist customers with questions related to breakdowns and mobility services. YOUR SKILLS Language skills with fluency in both German and English, and excellent communication. Customer service with a strong passion for supporting clients and providing solutions. Experience with at least 1 year in a customer-facing or service-oriented role. Technical proficiency with familiarity in MS Office and ease using digital systems. Remote work adaptability with availability for rotating shifts Monday to Sunday. Proactivity with a solution-oriented approach focused on delivering the best customer experience.
