Your tasks Cost Management Cost responsibilty for Cost collector PSP-s/WBS-s Approval of orders and tracking Booking of goods receipt (for Supplier Service Charge) Booking of internal cost allocation from Product side to Business side against revenue/usage Cost Tracking, BU Forecast of Costs and Cost allocation, Tracking and Month-end-closing Revenue Controlling & Reporting Reporting of Customer contracts and it’s revenues incl Cost Center Split for License Reporting LBU Revenue and Cost Controlling Reporting of invoiced revenues and tracking of upfront booking accruals and its releases Revenue Share / Service Charge Reporting to strategic supplier and organizing and leading the following Q&A Meeting Giving input /taking part in Business Case calculations for deals or the entire platform Budget & Administration iPF (Budget Planning) Miles+ (timing tool) Admin for the department Drive the digitalization and automation of manual tasks Qualifications Experience Min 8 years as Finance and Cost Manager or similar role in Finance in a large enterprise Ideal candidate has handled end-to-end operational delivery of Finance in a unit Has managed complex dependencies in finance and in organizational topics Has conducted business analysis at operational and organizational level Is hands-on in SAP and in data retrieval from Databases Extensive experience in Microsoft excel (especially pivot) and Power Points Has collaborated with Central Finance teams in large organization Language English and German Tool Excel (advanced) SAP (user level, especially FICO module) Power Point Visualization tools (Power BI (Preferred) or Tableau) Additional Information * Please be informed that our remote working possibility is only available within Hungary due to European taxation regulation.
