Native or fluent German language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role. A valid EU passport is mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes. Prior experience in customer support services, client-facing roles, or a similar consultative support environment is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to empathise with customers and deliver clear, confident solutions. Strong digital literacy, including proficiency with CRM platforms, helpdesk software, and standard office tools.
