As a German Speaking Support Agent, you will be responsible for assisting German-speaking customers with their inquiries and providing them with top-notch support. Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to telecom services, billing, and account management. Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction. Document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up. Collaborate with other departments to address complex inquiries and enhance overall customer experience. Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the telecommunications industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM systems and telecom tools is an advantage. A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
