Conduct initial assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications and alignment with the company culture. Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to clearly understand and fulfill job requirements. Facilitate smooth candidate communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience. Utilize diverse recruitment platforms and tools to promote job openings and attract top talent. Contribute to team discussions offering fresh insights for enhancing talent support initiatives. Engage in continuous professional growth through training and development opportunities. Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential, with English proficiency as a beneficial addition. A friendly and proactive attitude towards supporting candidates and assisting in the recruitment process. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and colleagues. Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage recruitment tasks efficiently. A collaborative spirit and readiness to work as part of a team in a vibrant environment.
