Your Role: Support our recruitment team by sourcing and engaging German-speaking candidates across various industries. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for our clients’ needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to deepen your understanding of job specifications and organizational requirements. Ensure effective communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey, providing a positive experience. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to efficiently attract high-quality talent. Contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and innovative ideas to enhance talent support strategies. Engage in continuous professional development through training opportunities to strengthen your recruitment capabilities. Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and colleagues in a remote setting. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage tasks efficiently in a virtual environment. A collaborative spirit, excited to work as part of a diverse, remote team. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote capacity. Prior experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus but not required.
