As a Technical Support Agent, you will be instrumental in assisting our German-speaking clients by providing them with exceptional technical support and solutions related to our products. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products efficiently. Guide customers through solutions with clear, step-by-step instructions. Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support database. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical problems when necessary. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product developments and policies to provide the best customer support. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in a technical support role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze technical issues. Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with customers.
