Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch technical support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and product inquiries efficiently. Guide customers through product features and troubleshooting steps clearly and patiently. Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with product and development teams to escalate complex technical problems. Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and industry trends to provide informed support. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus. Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Familiarity with customer support software and systems.
