Accurately log all customer interactions, booking details, and complaint resolutions within the company's CRM system in compliance with data protection guidelines. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain high service quality standards and contribute to a positive, high-performance team environment. Native or fluent German language skills (spoken and written) are absolutely essential for this role, as you will be communicating exclusively with German-speaking customers. Valid EU passport (mandatory) — candidates must hold a valid European Union passport to be eligible for this position. A genuine passion for travel and tourism, with solid knowledge of destinations, travel products, and the online travel agency landscape. Previous experience in a customer service, travel consultancy, or hospitality environment is strongly preferred.
