In this position, you will utilize your German language skills to create unforgettable travel experiences for clients, providing recommendations, booking arrangements, and ensuring a seamless travel process. Responsibilities Engage with German-speaking clients to understand their travel needs and preferences. Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, and itineraries. Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and excursions to create a personalized experience. Handle inquiries and resolve any issues that arise before, during, and after travel. Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, regulations, and promotions. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings. Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written. Previous experience in travel agency or customer service is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for travel and helping others. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in booking processes. Proficient in using computer systems and booking software. Willingness to relocate to Athens and embrace the local culture.
