Facilitate the booking of flights, hotels, and excursions to create customized travel packages. Provide proactive assistance and resolve any travel-related issues that arise. Keep informed about the latest travel trends, industry news, and promotions. Collaborate with team members through virtual platforms to enhance service delivery. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and travel arrangements. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in a travel agency or customer service role is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong interest in travel. Ability to thrive in a remote working environment and manage multiple clients effectively. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills in handling travel bookings. Proficient with computer systems, booking software, and online communication tools. Must be based in Greece and have a quiet workspace for remote work.
