Daily Responsibilities As a key member of our German-language support team, you will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live messaging. Your daily tasks will include: Booking Coordination: Guiding German-speaking users through the reservation lifecycle, including new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and custom requests. Billing & Policy Support: Managing inquiries regarding payments, processing refunds, and explaining platform terms with a clear, empathetic approach. Partner Relations: Assisting accommodation hosts with backend software troubleshooting, rate updates, and property availability adjustments. User Interface Guidance: Helping customers navigate digital tools, website features, and mobile applications seamlessly. Data Administration: Log-keeping and updating customer interaction histories accurately within our CRM system. Minimum Requirements: Language Skills: High-level fluency in written and spoken German, combined with a solid command of English (B2 minimum) to navigate corporate systems and internal communications. Work Authorization: A valid EU passport or an active, unrestricted legal right to work in Greece. Technical Literacy: Comfort multitasking across multiple browser windows, learning new software platforms, and utilizing standard office applications. Interpersonal Strengths: A genuinely helpful attitude, excellent active listening skills, and a strong collaborative mindset. Experience: A background in hospitality, call centers, front desk operations, or tourism is welcomed but not mandatory. We provide a comprehensive, fully paid virtual training program from day one! Financial Compensation & Structure We offer a highly competitive, legally structured compensation package designed to ensure financial stability and reward strong performance: Base Salary: €1,380 Gross per month. 14-Month Salary Payout: In accordance with Greek labor regulations, you will receive 14 monthly salaries per year (including mandatory bonus payouts for the Christmas, Easter, and Summer holiday seasons).
