B2B Vendor Relations: Supporting property hosts with backend software troubleshooting, rate adjustments, and live inventory updates. Digital Navigation Assistance: Helping users comfortably navigate our web tools, user accounts, and smartphone applications. Record Upkeep: Inputting precise details of user interactions and resolutions into our centralized CRM database. Candidate Profile We want an empathetic, collaborative, and digitally savvy professional who loves the tourism sector, works excellently independently, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Requirements: Linguistic Skills: Native or near-native command of written and spoken German, alongside a solid English background (B2 or higher) for internal tools and cross-department collaboration. Right to Work: Possession of an EU passport or a valid, unrestricted work permit for Greece. Technical Comfort: Agility in multitasking across multiple open browser tabs, learning new databases, and utilizing modern communication software. Prior Background: Experience within hospitality, call centers, front-desk roles, or tourism is a plus but not a prerequisite.
