In this role, you will assist German-speaking customers with their video streaming needs, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction. Educate customers on how to use the platform effectively and make the most of its features. Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system. Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex inquiries and ensure timely resolution. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and improve support skills. Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Strong customer service focus with a passion for helping others. Prior experience in customer support or technical support is preferred. Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions. Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a friendly and customer-oriented approach. A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and adapting to changes. Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Familiarity with video streaming platforms is a plus.
