In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our travel services. Key Responsibilities Offer top-notch customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, travel itineraries, and services offered on the platform. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for accurate tracking. Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and solve more complex problems. Stay informed about travel regulations, promotions, and system updates to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in the travel or online platform industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
