Mercier Consultancy Group is looking for a dedicated German Travel Representative to join our thriving tourism team in Greece. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to relocate and work in a vibrant and culturally rich environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional travel services to German-speaking clients, helping them create unforgettable travel experiences. Primary Responsibilities Assist German-speaking customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and itinerary planning. Customize travel solutions to meet clients' needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction. Handle bookings for flights, accommodations, tours, and related travel arrangements with precision. Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally. Stay informed on current travel trends, policies, and promotional deals. Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems. Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required; English proficiency is a plus. Previous experience in tourism or travel-related customer service roles. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Experience using CRM and standard office software. Willingness and readiness to relocate to Greece and adapt to its culture. Self-driven, able to work independently in a new environment.
