Core Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and destination insights. Recommend and customize travel solutions that align with clients' preferences and budgets, ensuring a tailored and personal experience. Manage the end-to-end booking process, including flights, accommodations, and tours, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients regarding their travel plans. Stay informed about the latest travel regulations, trends, and promotional packages to provide clients with the most current information. Record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system for transparency and follow-up purposes. Fluency in German (both written and spoken); additional proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in the tourism or travel industry, particularly in customer support or booking roles. Strong knowledge of relevant travel destinations and a passion for helping others plan their trips. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on nurturing client relationships and satisfaction. Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
