We are looking for a German VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value. Requirements: Proficiency in English and German both written and spoken; Proactive person with good support/sales skills; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Attention to details; Previous experience will be considered as an advantage. Duties and Responsibilities: Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues; Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs; Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting; Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations; Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage.
