FieldBee is gradually increasing its product offerings to include the full automation of various agricultural machines.
Our products are sold in more than 60 countries and now we want to grow with local sales, which is why we are looking for a Sub - Regional Sales Manager in Baden-Württemberg, Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz, and Switzerland.

Responsibilities
  • Expand FieldBee’s dealer network within your sub-region.
  • Lead sales activities within your designated sub-region.
  • Own and achieve sales targets for your sub-region.
  • Review and improve the relationship conditions with dealers/distributors in your sub-region.
  • Participate in national and local demonstrations (trade shows and dealer events), and lead webinars.
  • Monitor and nurture existing dealer/distributor relationships to transform them into FieldBee super-sellers and increase order volumes.
  • Work closely with our CRM system, managing all data and processes related to the dealer/distributor funnel.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and expand our network.
  • Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
