Associate, Client Solutions – Client Engagement (Professional Services Firm)事業概要 GLGは、世界最大の有識者ネットワークを誇るENS(Expert Network Services)業界のリーディングカンパニーです。100万人以上の有識者のデータベースから、市場・企業・トレンドなどについて”知りたい”クライアントと、それについて”知見・経験”のある有識者を直接繋ぐことで、世界中のビジネスプロフェッショナルの様々な事業・経営課題における意思決定の支援を行っています。《代表的なソリューション》 GLGインタビュー：有識者との1 on 1のインタビュー GLGサーベイ：主にB2Bの回答者を対象とした定量・定性オンラインサーベイ GLGカスタムプロジェクト：調査ゴールを達成できるようGLGが持つリソースをフル活用し伴走支援 GLGイベント：多種多様な業界の有識者による講演やパネルディカッションイベント GLGライブラリー：過去に実施したイベントコンテンツやその文字データが視聴・閲覧可能《主なクライアントタイプ》(※Fortune100企業のうち、約4割がGLGのクライアントです)：金融機関(PEファンド、ミューチュアルファンド、ヘッジファンド、投資銀行、証券会社など) 事業会社(商社、メーカー、製薬会社、IT企業、スタートアップなど) コンサルティングファーム(戦略系、総合系、IT系など) 今回募集しているポジション：コンサルティング会社のクライアントに対してサービスを提供するClient Solution Teamへの配属となります。クライアント企業の調査ニーズに応じて、データベースから該当する有識者をサーチ、スクリーニング、売り込みを行い、オンラインインタビューの機会を設けることで、クライアント企業の業界・企業のリサーチ、仮説の検証のサポートを行って頂きます。多くの案件で迅速な対応を求められる為、限られたタイムフレームの中で、複数のクライアントの要望の分析・優先付けを行い、的確な候補者及びソリューションを提供することが求められます。オンラインインタビューの手配以外にも、対面でのインタビューやB2Bサーベイ、その他の様々な有識者を介したソリューションの売り込み、提案にも関わって頂く予定です。一次面接の前に採用担当者とのカジュアルな面談を設けており、GLGについて、募集ポジションについてご説明いたします。募集要項からはわからないことなども質問いただくことも可能です。主な業務の流れ：クライアント企業からの要望やニーズをヒアリング有識者データベースの中から適任者をサーチ（対象者がいない、少ない場合はこちらから提案）外部人材データベースの中から適任者をサーチ候補者に連絡し、受諾の可否及びスクリーニングインタビューの日程調整クライアントと有識者間でインタビュー実施募集背景急激に伸びてきている日本国内のクライアント企業様からの需要に対応すべく、新しい仲間を求めています。GLGは、グローバルで事業を展開しておりますが、アジア・日本市場はその中でも重要市場と位置付けられております。直近では、GLG Japanになかった部門を、海外拠点から移管することで、今後の更なる成長のための下準備・ローカリゼーションも着々と進めております。求める人物像《必須スキル・経験》大卒以上ネイティブレベルの日本語ビジネスレベルの英語力自発的に考え行動できる方チームワークができる方(個人のみならず、組織全体が結果を出すために判断、行動できる方) 2年以上のB2Bのクライアント対応の経験をお持ちの方（サービス、営業、アカウントマネージメント）マルチタスクの経験をお持ちの方好奇心旺盛で、問題解決が好きな方(様々な業界の調査依頼があります) 数値目標に対するコミットメントが高い方 About GLG / Gerson Lehrman Group GLG is the world’s insight network.
