REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma;
  • College diploma in sales, business administration, or any related field (or a combination of education and experience)
  • Sales experience an asset, or a strong interest in learning
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and calm under pressure
  • Experience dealing with difficult or frustrated customers
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to maintain existing client relationships via phone and email;
  • Ability to design and present solutions tailored to client needs;
  • Experience in face-to-face client meetings to build long-term relationships;
  • Fluency in both French and English;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Petro Plus systems (an asset)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data accuracy in the computerized system;
  • Develop and analyze customer service and profitability reports;
  • Engage with customers who are dissatisfied or considering switching suppliers;
  • Work to retain accounts by offering solutions and demonstrating value;
  • Analyze territory potential and monitor reports and business situations;
  • Manage client relationships, resolve issues, and optimize their experience with our company;
  • Support continuous improvement and team sales goals.
