Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Inside Account Manager, you’ll be part of the frontline team supporting our valued customers. You’ll assist with product inquiries, quoting, pricing, logistics, and order management—ensuring smooth order flow from start to finish. Working with a designated territory, you’ll have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, becoming a trusted point of contact for all their needs. We’re looking for someone who thrives on solving problems, loves connecting with people, and is passionate about achieving results. If you enjoy working collaboratively, building long-term partnerships, and exceeding expectations, this role is for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cultivate strong customer relationships and foster loyalty to the Spector & Co. brand.
  • Take full ownership of your assigned territory or accounts, working closely with the outside sales team to drive service excellence and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify sales opportunities and use available tools to convert them into successful orders.
  • Represent Spector & Co. at customer visits and trade shows 2–3 times per year (a valid passport required).
