Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap
Maintain and prioritize ideas, programs, projects, stories and bugs
Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders
Orchestrate the software development lifecycle (SDLC) of any projects you will lead
Prepare and maintain product deliverables within our SDLC (product briefs, one-pagers, user stories, etc)
Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product development
Translate customer needs and business objectives into actionable features and user stories
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
Communicate clear acceptance criteria for each initiative
Track product performance and make data-driven decisions
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure everyone is aligned on goals and timelines
Be the main point of contact for any product-related questions and issues
Learn and master the mortgages and financial processes
