ROLE SUMMARY:

The Project Manager ensures the successful execution of assigned projects, within deadlines, on budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Structure the launch of new projects, assess risks, set financial objectives, and define an execution strategy with an effective internal/external communication plan.
• Define a technical strategy and procurement plan in collaboration with engineering and procurement.
• Plan and coordinate all activities to meet contractual obligations and financial goals.
• Ensure monitoring and compliance with contractual requirements, quality, health and safety standards, and schedules.
• Organize and lead team meetings, draft minutes, and track action items.
• Prepare documentation for project reviews, assess risks/opportunities, and recommend contingency plans.
• Prepare and negotiate client claims as needed.
• Ensure effective project close-out upon completion.
