BILINGUAL INDUSTRIAL PROJECT MANAGER OFFICER – MANUFACTURING, AUTOMATION, R&D

  Our client, Planiform, is looking for someone known for their priority management, negotiation skills, and a cheerful person to join the team in Terrebonne.
  Planiform designs and installs state-of-the-art robotic and automated conveyor systems for international fashion retailers’ distribution centres. Driven by innovation, artificial intelligence, and significant investment in R&D, the team is shaping the future of global logistics.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related field);
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Product Management, or a related discipline (preferred);
• PMP certification or equivalent (an asset);
• 5 to7 years of experience in project management within robotics, automation, or high-tech product development;
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end product development cycles, from concept through to installation at client’s site;
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and sprint-based delivery;
• Strong technical understanding of robotics and automation systems;
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering and R&D teams;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, an asset);
• Proficiency in computer tools (MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite);
• Fluent in both French and English, both spoken and written;
• Able to travel outside Canada without restriction.

Lieu du poste : En présentie

• Manage product development projects from conception to implementation, integrating AI-based robotics and automation technologies;
• Work closely with engineering, robotics, and software development teams to design, prototype, test, and refine innovative automation products;
• Coordinate between team members to resolve technical challenges, maintain project momentum, and meet deadlines and budgets;
• Plan and supervise delivery, installation, and commissioning activities at the client’s site; Travel every three weeks in the United States
• Apply agile methods (scrum, sprints, iteration);
• Make the necessary decisions to ensure project success;
• Maintain a proactive and exemplary relationship with customers.
  Occasional travel to the United States. You must be able to travel to this country.
