Notre équipe Finance joue un rôle clé dans la gestion et l’analyse des données financières afin d’assurer la conformité et la performance des activités. En tant que Gestionnaire des Finances vous ferez partie d’une équipe dynamique et collaborative, travaillant en mode hybride, combinant télétravail et présence au bureau situé à Montreal.

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE:

Ce poste va au-delà de la finance traditionnelle — il s’agit de :

• Partenaire stratégique : Mettre en lumière des analyses guidées par les données pour orienter les décisions stratégiques, et non seulement rapporter les chiffres et les indicateurs clés.
• Création de valeur : Identifier des leviers pour optimiser les opérations, améliorer les marges et mettre en place des processus financiers évolutifs.
• Technologie & IA : Explorer et intégrer des outils d’intelligence artificielle, d’automatisation et d’analytique pour améliorer les rapports financiers et l’efficacité opérationnelle.
• Opérations d’affaires : Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles pour affiner les flux de travail, améliorer la gestion de trésorerie et garantir l’efficacité des systèmes financiers.
• Croissance rapide : Participer à un portefeuille nouvellement formé au sein de Valsoft, avec une croissance prévue accélérée par acquisitions.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES

• Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou finance (CPA ou CFA est un atout).
• Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en finance, comptabilité ou FP&A (une expérience en cabinet Big 4 ou en conseil est un plus).
• Une exposition préalable aux M&A ou à l’intégration financière est un atout.
• Bonne connaissance des systèmes ERP (NetSuite fortement apprécié) et des technologies d’entreprise.
• Maîtrise avancée d’Excel et de la suite Office.
• Excellentes compétences en leadership, organisation et résolution de problèmes.

• Le bilinguisme français-anglais est un atout majeur.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, (CPA or CFA is an asset).
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A (Big 4 or consulting firm experience is a plus).
• Prior exposure to M&A, financial integrations is an asset.
• Strong understanding of different ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and business technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and the office suite.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
