We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations and support our growing team.

JOB SUMMARY:

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within the organization. This includes payroll administration, employee benefits and insurance management, maintaining accurate employee records, handling CSST claims and related administrative tasks, and serving on the CSST committee. The HR Manager will also support recruitment efforts, oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, and provide guidance to managers on employee relations and HR best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience,
  • Knowledge of payroll processes, employee benefits, and labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
