Lieu de travail : Centre-ville de Montréal (4 jours sur site et 1 jour en télétravail)
Salaire : 100 000 $ à 130 000 $ + bonus (jusqu’à 10 %)

Position: Manager, Lease Documentation (Commercial Real Estate – Office & Retail Focus)

Salary: $100K to 130K + bonus (up to 10%)

Responsibilities
  • Draft offers, leases, transfers, and ancillary documents from written and verbal instructions with precision.
  • Negotiate leases and related documents with brokers, tenants, and counsel.
  • Develop and maintain standardized lease documentation policies and procedures.
  • Interface with internal and external legal counsel to ensure compliance.
  • Provide due diligence, lease review, and estoppel preparation for property acquisitions/dispositions.
  • Draft legal and property management correspondence as required.
  • Partner closely with Asset Management, Property Management, and Leasing teams to ensure effective delivery of lease documentation services.
  • Manage client relations and support retention through professional, responsive service.
