DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our web strategy and drive performance through innovative digital initiatives. This role will oversee website management, SEO, CRO, and digital experience optimization for multiple brands such as LASIK MD, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience while aligning web efforts with broader business objectives.

Web Strategy & User Experience

  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s web strategy, applying industry-leading UI/UX best practices to enhance user experience and drive performance.
  • Help shape the strategic direction of the website tech stack, e.g. chatbot, web personalization, and other essential platforms.
  • Stay up to date on web trends and releases, coordinating training sessions with marketing as needed

Responsibilities

Web Strategy & User Experience

  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s web strategy, applying industry-leading UI/UX best practices to enhance user experience and drive performance.
  • Help shape the strategic direction of the website tech stack, e.g. chatbot, web personalization, and other essential platforms.
  • Stay up to date on web trends and releases, coordinating training sessions with marketing as needed.

Website Management & Optimization

  • Lead web initiatives, setting up tools for proper tracking, and educating the marketing team on website performance, SEO, and CRO—while demonstrating how this impact their initiatives.
  • Lead website migrations, new site launches, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website performance, SEO and tracking issues.
  • Conduct SEO audits and implement optimizations, including technical analysis, indexation, internal linking, and on-page improvements.

Analytics & Performance Measurement

  • Analyze web metrics to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Set SEO growth goals, track KPIs, and report on progress regularly while continuously testing, iterating, and optimizing SEO tactics, content formats, and emerging search trends.
