ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a BI Manager at Browns, you’ll be at the forefront of our data-driven initiatives. You’ll lead and mentor a dynamic team of analysts and developers, delivering impactful insights and innovative data solutions to stakeholders across multiple departments, including Sales, Buying, Digital, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Loss Prevention. Your leadership will shape the end-to-end delivery of critical projects, ensuring our data strategies are aligned with business goals and executed flawlessly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coach and develop a team of data analysts and BI developers, offering technical guidance and constructive feedback.
• Oversee the creation and execution of detailed project plans for large-scale, cross-functional data initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define the BI roadmap, managing the team’s backlog and prioritizing initiatives.
• Support the team in defining project scope, objectives, and delivery rhythm for smaller, independent projects.
• Partner with the data engineering team to establish best practices for data governance, documentation, quality monitoring, and orchestration.
• Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and maximize the value of our BI tools, including Tableau, DBT, and Snowflake.
