Responsibilities
  • Lead the rollout of annual omni marketing strategies and activities (national campaigns, account-specific support, coupons, in-store brand activations, displays/signage, mobile/digital/social media) for key retailers to support sales and marketing.
    Work closely with Brand Management, Digital Shelf, Consumer Insights, Category Management, • • Revenue Growth Management, and Sales teams to develop profitable, best-in-class omni marketing support.

    Plan and define the scope of work, prepare a budget and schedule for all activities.

  • Identify and understand the different needs and strategies specific to banners in order to support specific customer programs with the Sales team.

  • Measure and report on the performance of omni marketing activities and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Support new product launches through the development and execution of solid marketing plans.
  • Work with various creative agencies to create retail activities using traditional and avant-garde digital platforms.
  • Analyze brand, competitor, and trend data and translate them into insights to help develop omni marketing strategies and tactics.
