QUALIFICATIONS PROFESSIONNELLES

• Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en gestion
• Bonne compréhension de la gestion financière;
• Bilinguisme, un incontournable (Français & Anglais)
• Formation académique en électromécanique ou équivalent
• Excellente connaissance géographique du Québec

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience
• Good understanding of financial management
• Bilingualism is essential (French & English)
• Academic background in electromechanics or equivalent
• Excellent geographical knowledge of the province of Quebec

• Ensure repair times are fast and meet our standards
• Ensure all employees attend and understand the training sessions
• Validate the technical team’s knowledge through ride-along on the field
• Plan labor needs (growth, vacations, retirement, etc.)
• Be present with the technical teams during major events (golf tournaments, partner trade shows, etc.)
• Develop continuous improvements plans
• Participate to the Canadian technical meeting and implement new procedures
