· Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, administration des affaires, psychologie ou domaine connexe.
· Certification RH souhaitée.
· Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion des ressources humaines, avec un accent sur les relations de travail et la résolution de conflits dans des environnements multi-sites ou dispersés.
· Expérience dans un environnement syndiqué au Québec considérée comme un atout.
· Succès avéré dans le recrutement de talents spécialisés pour les secteurs immersifs, du divertissement ou créatifs.
· Maîtrise de l’anglais, parlé et écrit; la maîtrise de l’espagnol est un atout.
· Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, de négociation et de médiation.
· Connaissance des normes du travail aux États-Unis et au Canada (fédérales, provinciales et étatiques).

· Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités à distance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
· HR certification preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a focus on employee relations and conflict resolution in multi-site or geographically dispersed environments.
· Experience in a unionized environment in Quebec is considered an asset.
· Proven success in recruiting specialized talent in immersive, entertainment, or creative sectors.
· Fluency in English (spoken and written); Spanish is an asset.
· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and mediation skills.
· Knowledge of labor standards in both the U.S. and Canada (federal, provincial, and state levels).
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.

Responsibilities

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager, based at our Montreal office, who will oversee HR functions for all sites across North America. This role will work closely with the Director of Operations, who manages the overall activities of these sites. The HR Manager plays a key role in recruiting talent, acting as a mediator in conflict resolution, and supporting site managers and their teams to ensure a harmonious, productive, and customer-focused work environment.
Reporting to the General Director, Operations and Success Management, the ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, experience with geographically dispersed teams, and an interest in immersive entertainment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Act as the main HR point of contact for site managers and their teams across North America, providing timely responses and ensuring consistent application of HR standards and policies.
· Lead recruitment efforts for all sites to attract and retain visitor experience teams, VR technicians, and supervisors, ensuring full staffing in line with project timelines.
· Serve as a mediator and resource for conflict resolution for site managers and staff, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving.
· Support site managers in managing employee relations by offering strategic guidance and practical tools for organizational and individual challenges.
· Prepare and maintain clear HR guides and tools to support consistent practices across all sites.
· In collaboration with the HR team, develop and implement inclusive, collaborative, and well-being-focused HR policies aligned with organizational values.
· Design and deliver training sessions for managers and staff on key HR topics such as onboarding, conflict resolution, inclusive management, and legal responsibilities.
· Manage the performance evaluation process, assisting managers in delivering constructive feedback and developing their teams’ skills.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws in different jurisdictions by managing HR documentation and legal requirements while staying updated on legislative changes.
· Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all sites and teams.
· Monitor employee morale and well-being, proactively identifying risks to cohesion and performance and taking necessary action.
· Collaborate with site managers and project leads to align HR strategies with site operations and project timelines.
