Job Requirements Responsible for implementing / maintaining ERP system - SAP Applications JOB PROFILE: Interacting with Business Functions to understand business requirements to enable configuration and enhancement of functionalities Mapping “As Is” and Designing “To Be” Business Processes Prepare Functional Specification and interact with Technical Team to enable them to prepare Technical Specification To be team member in IT Projects and Key initiatives Prepare Test Plans and Test what has been configured or developed Explore IT Tools and leverage their functionalities for improving business processes KEY DELIVERABLES: Execute IT projects and Maintain Existing Applications and provide support to existing IT initiatives and projects within defined Timelines, Cost and Quality parameters. Delivering IT Key initiatives / Projects as per plan. Keep abreast with latest IT mechanisms and tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes. Work Experience Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP Perrform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. Design, customize, configure and testing of PP Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. Document functional designs, test cases and results. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
