As a Host at Trillium, you will be the first and last impression for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth seating experience, and gracious hospitality from beginning to end. Duties/Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Answer phones in a positive and upbeat manner, assisting callers and taking reservations. Process Room Service orders when the Room Service attendant is unavailable. Monitor dining room flow and communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Clear and reset tables as needed to support the service team. Ensure guest satisfaction and provide support throughout all aspects of the dining experience. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements 1+ year of experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Friendly attitude with strong communication and multitasking skills. Willingness to obtain TIPS certification if not already certified. Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively with a dynamic service team. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Able to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with resetting tables and carrying supplies as needed.
